Frequently Asked Questions

Let me answer some of the questions I am most frequently asked, right up front!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and CashApp are all preferred. That helps keep the costs down for both you and I. Credit card processing fees are the worst! If you absolutely have to use a credit card we can make that work but it'll come with another $100 in charges to cover fees/taxes.

Q: Where do you deliver, and is it included?

A:  Delivery is included ONLY on the Legends Ultimate Elite arcade within 250 miles of Alvarado, TX. Beyond on delivery availability is case by case for an additonal fee.

Q: What is your deposit for delivery?

A: $50 deposits are required for any delivery. This is simply to ensure that nobody is wasting anyones time. That also reserves you your machine and your agreed upon delivery time slot.

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: The arcades themselves are warrantied for 30 days, and the gaming software is warrantied for life. I always make sure any arcade I deliver is working fully before delivering it, and after that your warranty covers 30 days. If at any point you for whatever reason can't get the games themselves to work then just let me know and I can help fix that. In the 2 years now I've been selling these I've never had this happen, but if it did I'd be happy to help get you back on track.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. Since I sell everything brand spankin new, a return would be a total loss since I can't resell it brand new. That being said, I've sold hundreds of these and have never had anyone want to return one, so I don't anticipate this being an issue.

Q: Can I test one out in person first?

A: Absolutely! If you can make it to Alvarado, TX then feel free to come by and check one out! I always welcome guests who wanna see the system in person. You can even pick one up and take it home same day if you're already here and ready to purchase.

Q: Does it really have every game?

A: Every retro game, yes. I only have to say this because people will come to me asking about games that you currently find at like your local Dave and Busters or Round One, games created recently. It doesn't have those games. It has every older arcade game from the 70's, 80's, 90's and early 2000's. Along of course with console games, handheld games, and computer games as well!

If you are curious about a specific game or games, text me and ask! I've never actually had someone ask me about a specific game that wasn't on the system.

Q: Who are you? What's your story?

A: My name is Eric and I'm just an avid arcade lover. I started this as a side hustle to help pay bills and pay my wives student loans off. I am a disabled vet who served as a Combat Medic in the US Army for 12 years, including a tour in Afghanistan. I worked as an EMT and X-Ray Technologist before doing all this, and now arcades are my passion! I have 3 beautiful kids that are the world to me, I love being their dad.
